Madog’s Wells comprises three disabled and wheelchair accessible, self-catering cottages in beautiful Mid-Wales.
The properties – Swallow Cottage, Blackbird Cottage and Wren’s Nest – are situated near Llanfair Caereinion, Powys and occupy eight acres of stunning countryside, surrounded by woodland walks and wildlife.
While Madog’s Wells offers the perfect base to explore the local area, or tour further afield by car, its ideal location for guests wasn’t previously matched by its ease of booking and payment.
“Before using TXLoad, TXGB’s simple booking management system, we used to ask guests to pay by cheque or BACS.
“We heard about it from Mid Wales Tourism, who advised us to take a look at the benefits, so after some initial enquiries with TXGB, I decided to go ahead.
“If your business doesn’t have an online booking system, TXLoad is definitely worth trying – we’ve just received our first five-night booking.“

The fact that TXLoad is free-to-use, plus ideal for businesses that don’t yet take online bookings via their own website or social media profiles, made it a perfect fit for Madog’s Wells.
Their own web development team handled the straightforward setup, while Ann herself was able to input all the existing bookings with no problems.
Thanks to TXLoad, Madog’s Wells is now able to take bookings directly via their own site as well as on VisitMidWales.co.uk.
