This picturesque cottage in Coleraine, Northern Ireland, just five minutes from Whiterocks Beach, was in need of technical and sales support.
Advertised as ‘For a holiday with more, stay at No. 4’, the property was bookable on a number of channels, including Airbnb, booking.com and Facebook.
But for owner Karen Russell, this meant managing these numerous disparate streams individually, which increased the amount of time intensive admin and risk of double bookings.
The Tourism Northern Ireland team introduced TXGB as a potential solution, highlighting how a single connection using the free inventory loading software TXLoad would enable the management of multiple channels.
Karen was quick to sign up, with the onboarding team on-hand to handle any questions and provide support with any technical needs.

Future growth
As with many businesses featured on DiscoverNorthernIreland.com ahead of the upcoming Amgen Irish Open golf event, the cottage has seen a surge in bookings for the period.
And in addition to the immediate upturn in bookings following the TXGB connection, the ‘For a holiday with more, stay at No. 4’ team has even taken advance bookings for the 2025 tournament too.
